Recommendations for DHA Multan
As we know that DHA Multan is going to launch booking soon. There is some confusion about booking. There are rumors in market for ballot. First we need to understand that this ballot will be for booking applications only. There is no balloting coming for plot numbers etc.
Pre Booking:
It is also recommended to submit only 1 application against each category. Do not book plot if you are not able to mature it or cannot wait till possession granted. Investment may be risky and return into loss for pre mature selling (builder or agents / dealers are in “win win” position in this case, only looser can be the investor).
Post Booking:
If you are successful in booking you are the lucky one to make a plot on installment plan. Do not waste this opportunity. If you are not successful say Alhamdulillah. I am sure Allah has a better opportunity for you.
Post Booking Buying:
If you are unsuccessful and still want to have a plot in DHA Multan you may buy it from the market. Please consider following steps:
1- Do not buy until successful applicant received information / intimation letter of booking confirmation (results are usually available online within few hours, but do not rely on online result. Ask for information / intimation letter
2- Ask seller to pay his down payment himself. Do not buy without down payment paid files
3- Do not make any buying decision until DHA Multan open transfer. Buying on mutual agreement may be risky and return into loss.
