DHA Lahore Plots After upheaval in real estate sector of Lahore in the last few months, the sector seems to be reviving itself. The bustling sale-purchase activity in DHA Lahore depicts that market is up and all set to welcome new investors, who want to be a part of the most sought after address in the provincial capital.

Remember, the last date to apply for all these plots is February 29, 2016 that means, all the interested parties will have to rush to grab these plots. Fill up the form and submit it to any Askari Bank branch along with the payment in form of cash, demand draft or payment order made to “DHA Lahore Ballot 2016”, along with a passport sized photograph and two photocopies of your computerized NIC or NICOP.
Balloting will be held on March 17, 2016 – which is expected to be transparent and open. You need to pay the following amount for registering your interest for the given plots.
10 Marla Rs. 10,000 Rs. 20,000 Rs. 30,000
1 Kanal Rs. 15,000 Rs. 35,000 Rs. 50,000
2 Kanal Rs. 20,000 Rs. 80,000 Rs. 100,000
2 or 4 Marla Rs. 10,000 Rs. 40,000 Rs. 50,000
8 Marla Rs. 25,000 Rs. 75,000 Rs. 100,000
Plots are categorized in two categories i.e. A & B. A are standard plots with regular dimensions while B category plots have excess or short area which may also have irregular dimensions.
You must be thinking now whether to apply for these plots or not? In my opinion, this is the best kind of opportunity that you are getting because plots are offered in the developed phases and are available on instalments, which can be paid in four quarterly instalments as per timeline mentioned on intimation letter.
Interesting fact is that investors and buyers will be directly dealing with DHA Lahore authority and no middle men will be involved during the transaction.
